All children are welcome but we especially welcome teen-aged children who are looking to earn volunteer/service hours. Contact <a href="mailto:board@westburyhoa.org">board@westburyhoa.org</a> if anyone in your family is interested. *** Westbury dues for 2012 will stay the same as in past years with a slight reduction in fees IF you pay with credit card - only $610. If you pay with cash, dues are only $600 as in past years. You can pay $170 quarterly. Invoices will be mailed in late November. Dues should be remitted by January 1, 2012 with grace period through January 31, 2012. Interest and late fee of $25 accrues after February 1, 2012. The 2012 directory will go to print on February 1, 2012. If you need to update your directory details please return the form provided with your invoice which you will receive before November 30. Westbury Annual HOA Meeting TOMORROW NIGHT

Reminder.. Westburys Annual HOA Meeting (required by state law) is TOMORROW NIGHT, Thursday 11/10/2011, 7pm-8:30 pm at Abbotts Hill Elementary School Cafeteria. The school has asked us to remind you to park on the cafeteria side of the parking lot and enter via the cafeteria. The front doors of the school will be LOCKED. Enter via the side of the cafeteria. When entering please sign in, fill out a directory update form, and put on a name tag. This is your chance to see how your HOA dues are spent each year. This is also your chance to provide suggestions, and share comments or concerns with the Association. We ask that you send at least one eligible homeowner to the meeting.
